Documents Required: (Only PDF or IMAGE file types are allowed)

  • For Tenant, an Authorization Letter or Email Communication from the Landlord is required
  • The above information will be maintained by the Building Management to deter future parking violation. Any cars which are not registered with the Management will be considered not part of the building and will be reported to the Authorities for further action.
  • Residents are not permitted to park more cars than their assigned allocated parking spaces. Each apartment comes with a certain number of car parking spaces based on the agreement with the developer.
  • If cars are parked in undesignated areas a violation notice will be posted on cars followed by a fine to the apartment Owner service charge account.
